Welcome to AP Swatch Bands. By accessing or using our website at apswatchbands.com and placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Products

AP Swatch Bands designs and manufactures aftermarket conversion kits that allow owners of the Swatch × Audemars Piguet "Royal Pop" pocket watch to wear it as a wristwatch. Our products are independent, third-party accessories and are not manufactured by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swatch Group AG, Audemars Piguet, or any of their subsidiaries.

"Royal Pop," "Swatch," "Audemars Piguet," and "Royal Oak" are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these names is solely for descriptive and compatibility purposes.

2. Pre-Order Terms

Our conversion kits are currently available for pre-order only. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The product is currently in development and has not yet been manufactured
• Estimated shipping dates are approximate and subject to change based on production timelines
• Your payment will be processed at the time of pre-order placement
• You will receive email updates on production milestones and shipping timeline changes
• Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% full refund policy on all pre-orders:

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. No questions asked. No restocking fees.
• After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and process your cancellation or return.
• How to Request a Refund: Email us at support@apswatchbands.com with your order number and we will process your refund promptly.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details
• Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for future pre-orders; existing pre-orders will be honored at the price paid

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Pre-orders are estimated to ship in Q3 2026 (subject to production timelines)
• Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

6. Product Disclaimer

Our conversion kit is designed to be non-destructive and fully reversible. However:

• AP Swatch Bands is not responsible for any damage to your Royal Pop watch resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our product
• Use of our conversion kit may void any warranty provided by Swatch Group on your Royal Pop watch
• Our product is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding compatibility with future Royal Pop models or design revisions
• Always follow the included installation instructions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AP Swatch Bands and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AP Swatch Bands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
• We are not liable for damages to your watch resulting from use of our product

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of our website
• Submit false or misleading information
• Resell our products at inflated prices while misrepresenting them as official products of Swatch or Audemars Piguet

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes affecting existing pre-orders will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
